Exchanges

Customers have 30 days from purchase to return items in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  All items must be sent back to the return address located on the invoice in new condition, unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached.  The customer is responsible for shipment fees on all returned items.  You will NOT be reimbursed for shipment fees under any circumstance.  The Honey Shop is not liable for returns lost in the mail.  No credits will be issued for such cases.  ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED/CUSTOM ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

 

Shipments

All packages are shipped within 1-2 business days via PRIORITY 2 DAY SHIPPING.  Customers will receive a USPS tracking number/delivery confirmation to the email they have provided.  The Honey Shop is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.  We do not provide order replacements for items that come up missing.  Please allow up to two weeks for delivery to be complete.  Custom and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may take up to 6 weeks.
